Brief
My brief for this client was to design the interiors for both the back extension and upper floor addition to appeal to a wide market for sale. This home was bought as an investment for renovation and immediate sale. We created a light and bright open plan space (kitchen, butlers pantry, dining and living space) at the back of the property with a new terrace and pool. Perfect for families and entertaining.
Design
To address the brief we worked on a neutral colour palette using our stone elements as the feature in each space. Natural marble mixed with white joinery, light oak timbers and black metals created a cohesive design and material choices focussed on easy living. Each room has generous proportions but the main bedroom suite, with a stunning picture window really sold the property. We made the most of this with a window seat, luxury ensuite fit out and a high walk in robe.
